This company wasn’t my first or second choice. My rental home in Marysville lost power on a Friday, and after it was restored, my tenant couldn’t open the garage doors. My go-to Marysville garage door company couldn’t make it out the same day and referred me to Nofziger Doors, who also couldn’t come out the same day. They then referred me to Integrity, who said they weren’t busy and could provide same-day service.I left my phone number with the person who took my call for any questions or payment, but I never received a call. My tenant informed me that two technicians came out, looked around the garage, and said it was an electrical issue, suggesting he call an electrician. They eventually found and reset the GFCI outlet behind the garage fridge, which fixed the problem.I’m unsure why two technicians were needed or why the cost was so high, especially since no one informed me of any service fees, hourly rates, or the need for two technicians. Two weeks later, I received a bill for $315, which I paid because it was the right thing to do. My trusted garage door company, Vanhoose, has never charged me that much. I now understand why Integrity wasn’t busy when I called. Buyer beware!

Beyond the quality of work, Mike is super personable and never once tried to upsell during the entire process.We will definitely be using Mike & his Integrity Door Sales team for all of our future garage door needs.
